Basement and foundation structural inspections and guidance:
Basements and foundations in the northeast are subject to extreme abuse and stress due to freezing weather, poor soil conditions, and (sometimes) inadequate construction, resulting in cracks and leaks, buckling, bulging, and bowing walls, and worse. Should you have concerns about your basement or foundation, feel free to call to discuss your concerns and how we can provide some guidance and direction on the severity of your structural problem and how to resolve any problems in a more efficient way. Should you need a written report or repair drawings , we would be more than happy to provide them to you, and to review any contractor estimates you already have. |
